How to change owner of a Magnus Workflow?

Only admins can change owner of a Magnus Workflow.

  1. Check [Advanced Admin], this enables advanced admin abilities (like changing the workflow owner). 
  2. Click [Workflows] to open the Workflows Browser.

  3. Type the workflow Id in the Content textbox.
  4. Select “All Workflows” in the dropdown.

  5. Click on the workflow Id to edit the workflow.
  6. Type the new owner’s Id in the Owner textbox.  Only one owner is allowed.

  7. Click Save.
  8. You, along with the old owner, new owner, and other admins will receive an email notification about the change of ownership.

How to change owner of a Magnus Trigger?

Only admins can change owner of a Magnus Trigger.

  1. Check [Advanced Admin], this enables advanced admin abilities (like changing the trigger owner).
  2. Click [Triggers] to open the Triggers Browser.

  3. Select “All Triggers” in the dropdown.

  4. Locate the Trigger Id.
  5. Locate the Workflow Id that is associated with this Trigger.

  6. Make sure that the new Trigger owner has permission to run that workflow (either workflow owner or workflow delegate).
  7. Click on the Trigger Id.
  8. Type the new owner’s Id in the Owner textbox.  Only one owner is allowed.

  9. Click Save.
  10. You, along with the old owner, new owner, and other admins will receive an email notification about the change of ownership.
