How to change owner of a Magnus Workflow?
Only admins can change owner of a Magnus Workflow.
- Check [Advanced Admin], this enables advanced admin abilities (like changing the workflow owner).
- Click [Workflows] to open the Workflows Browser.
- Type the workflow Id in the Content textbox.
- Select “All Workflows” in the dropdown.
- Click on the workflow Id to edit the workflow.
- Type the new owner’s Id in the Owner textbox. Only one owner is allowed.
- Click Save.
- You, along with the old owner, new owner, and other admins will receive an email notification about the change of ownership.
How to change owner of a Magnus Trigger?
Only admins can change owner of a Magnus Trigger.
- Check [Advanced Admin], this enables advanced admin abilities (like changing the trigger owner).
- Click [Triggers] to open the Triggers Browser.
- Select “All Triggers” in the dropdown.
- Locate the Trigger Id.
- Locate the Workflow Id that is associated with this Trigger.
- Make sure that the new Trigger owner has permission to run that workflow (either workflow owner or workflow delegate).
- Click on the Trigger Id.
- Type the new owner’s Id in the Owner textbox. Only one owner is allowed.
- Click Save.
- You, along with the old owner, new owner, and other admins will receive an email notification about the change of ownership.
