Overview
Adding a user to a billing project as a project viewer allows the user to see Magnus workflows in that project.
In Magnus, workflows in Workflows Browser and History Browser can be filtered by a dropdown option. By default a user can see owned, delegated, shared, and public workflows, along with examples.

By default, Public workflows includes workflows available in the same project that the user is assigned to as billing project. For example, a user assigned to mybilling-project-01 would see all public workflows in mybilling-project-01 when selecting Public Workflows from the dropdown menu.
In order to allow users to see workflows in other projects, they can be assigned as a Project Viewer. For example a user assigned to mybilling-project-01 as a billing project and set as project viewer in mybilling-project-02 would see options under Public Workflows for both projects in the dropdown. This allows the user to filter public workflows in project mybilling-project-02.
Project Viewers section allows administrators to set users as Project Viewers in additional projects.
