In addition to managing Potens users via Admin Tool – Admins have below privileges:
- View any Magnus Workflows, previous revisions, and execution history.
Non-admin users can only view these workflows:- Workflows that are owned by the user
- Workflows that are delegated to the user
- Workflows that are shared with the user
- Workflows from Get Started Examples
- Public workflows from the same billing project as the assigned billing project of the user. For example, if the assigned billing project of userA is projectA. Then userA can see all public workflows that are owned by users with the same assigned billing project projectA.

View any Magnus Triggers
Non-admin users can only view Triggers that they own. - Permanently delete any Magnus Workflows.
Non-admin users cannot do so. -
Permanently delete any Magnus Triggers.
Non-admin users can only permanently delete Triggers that they own. -
Kill any running Magnus Workflow execution.
Non-admin users cannot do so. -
Copy any Magnus Workflows
Non-admin users can only copy these workflows:- Workflows that are owned by the user
- Workflows that are delegated to the user
- Workflows from Get Started Examples
- Receive the following admin-related notifications:
- Receive save notification when modification is made to a Magnus Workflow that is owned by a Google service account and the workflow has safe notification turned on with default recipients setting.
- Receive save notifications when owner of any Magnus Workflows or Triggers is changed.

*Cancel any BigQuery jobs that are running in a Magnus Workflow
Non-admin user can only cancel the BQ jobs that is created by the user. - *Change owner of Magnus Workflows or Magnus Triggers.
Non-admin users cannot do so. -
*Run any Magnus Workflow
Non-admin users can only run these workflows:- Workflows that are owned by the user
- Workflows that are delegated to the user
- Workflows that are shared with the user

*Resume any failed Magnus Workflow
Non-admin users can only resume these failed workflows:- Workflows that are owned by the user
- Workflows that are delegated to the user

*Modify any Magnus Workflow
Non-admin users can only modify these workflows:- Workflows that are owned by the user
- Workflows that are delegated to the user
- *Lock any Magnus Workflow to always run as the workflow owner

Non-admin users cannot do so. -
*Modify any Magnus Triggers
Non-admin users can only modify the Triggers that they own.
