How to resume a failed Magnus Workflow for a user upon request?
The probability of you receiving such a request is almost zero. This is because a failed workflow can be resumed by its owner or delegates. So as long as the owner or delegates can access Magnus, they can resume the failed workflow themselves.
In the circumstance when both owner and delegates cannot get to Magnus, and the failed workflow is so extremely critical that it has to be resumed now, you can follow the steps below to resume the failed workflow for the user.
To resume a failed workflow for a user:
- Enable Advanced Admin, and click on [Workflow History] to open up History Browser.
